Job Title: Sales Consultant – Automotive (Four-Wheeler)

Job Description

KS Motors is hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused sales consultants for our four-wheeler dealership. We welcome both experienced candidates and freshers who are passionate about automobiles and sales.

Salary

- ₹8,500 – ₹13,599 per month

- Attractive Incentive Plan: High earning potential with performance-based incentives (₹8,500 to ₹30,000+ per month).

Eligibility

- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

- Basic knowledge of four-wheelers is preferred. If you don't have product knowledge, complete training will be provided.

- •Candidate must know how to drive a four-wheeler•.

- Candidate must own a two-wheeler (bike) with a valid driver's license.

- Good communication and customer handling skills.

Responsibilities

- Attend to walk-in and inquiry customers.

- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable vehicles.

- Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives.

- Follow up with customers and convert inquiries into sales.

- Maintain customer records and update daily sales activities.

- Achieve monthly sales targets while delivering an excellent customer experience.

Training & Selection Process

- 2-day trial period before final selection.

- Product and sales process training will be provided to selected candidates.
