Position Title: Sales Executive – Individual Assessment

Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Reporting To: Sales / Operations Manager
We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executives to drive enrollments for our Individual Assessment Program. The candidate will actively reach out to parents, explain the benefits of the program, and convert leads into confirmed enrollments.
Promote the Individual Assessment Program to parents and educational institutions.
Convert inbound and outbound inquiries into confirmed enrollments.
Conduct follow-ups with leads and maintain detailed records of sales activity.
Use telecalling, email, and digital platforms to generate leads and conversions.
Maintain CRM or spreadsheet data for all prospects and sales activities.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
Coordinate with the marketing and operations team for smooth onboarding of students.
Provide feedback on parent/student requirements and market trends to improve strategies.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English and Hindi.
Persuasive, confident, and target-driven mindset.
Ability to handle objections and build trust with parents.
Proficiency in using MS Office, CRM, or lead management tools.
Positive attitude, self-motivated, and energetic.
Prior experience in sales, telecalling, or student enrollment preferred.
Minimum 12th pass / Graduate (any stream).
Knowledge of student/parent psychology or EdTech domain is an advantage.
₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
