Key Requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong presentation, persuasion, and convincing abilities
Good customer-handling and negotiation skills
Confident, well-presented, and target-oriented
Ability to build strong relationships and convert leads into customers
Real estate sales/industry experience is an advantage
Freshers are welcome if they have excellent communication skills and a genuine interest in building a career in real estate
A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a strong drive to achieve targets
Salary + Incentives
Freshers: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000/month + attractive incentives
Experienced Candidates: ₹40,000 – ₹45,000/month + incentives
