Job Description:

Itsy Bitsy Pvt. Ltd. is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Executives to join our retail team. If you have a passion for sales and customer service, we'd love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and assist customers in the store.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.

Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

Maintain store cleanliness and attractive product displays.

Handle billing and cash/POS transactions (if applicable).

Assist with stock replenishment and inventory management.

Build strong customer relationships and ensure an excellent shopping experience.

Follow company policies and store procedures.

Eligibility:

Minimum 6 months of experience in a retail store.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Customer-oriented with a positive attitude.

Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Basic knowledge of POS/billing is an added advantage.

Minimum Qualification: 10th/12th Pass or Graduate.

Salary & Benefits:

Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹18,000 per month
