Role Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to generate leads, engage with potential clients, and convert inquiries into successful interior design projects. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and a passion for sales in the interior design or real estate domain.

Key Responsibilities

Call and follow up on leads for residential and commercial interior design projects Understand client requirements and recommend suitable interior design solutions Conduct client meetings, and presentations as required.

Coordinate with design and execution teams to ensure smooth project handover and client satisfaction

Prepare and share proposals, quotations, and project timelines with clients Negotiate pricing and successfully close sales deals within company guidelines Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, follow-ups, and sales in CRM or internal tracking systems

Build and nurture long-term client relationships to generate repeat business and referrals

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)

Proven experience in sales (interior design, real estate, architecture, or construction preferred)

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

Strong customer-handling and relationship-building abilities

Ability to work independently and meet sales targets

Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
