Key Responsibilities:
Prospecting & Lead Gen: Actively seek new business through cold calling, networking, and industry conferences.
Sales Execution: Present, demonstrate, and sell manufactured products to prospective clients.
Client Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close sales and achieve targets.
Market Intelligence: Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
Reporting: Maintain accurate records in CRM tools and prepare sales reports/forecasts.
Collaboration: Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely product delivery and client satisfaction.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to understand technical product specifications.
Client retention and satisfaction levels.
