Roles & Responsibilities: -
· Should have worked in the building material manufacturing companies only
· Preference will be given to the one who worked in door Hardware Company
· Should have worked in project segment only (Institutional Sales)
· Geographical areas know-how is a must where stationed
· Good rapport with key persons or deciding authorities of builders & developers, meeting with them regularly
· Searching of new projects, generating leads, meeting with purchase and project people, submission of catalogues, samples & display boards, quotations, negotiations, order receipts, planning and execution of orders, payment collection, achieving targets on monthly basis
· Meeting to the Architects, PMC's and Contractors, giving product presentations and getting our products specified
· Preparation of Data of customers
· Submitting all the working data regularly
· Collection of order on weekly, monthly basis and achievement as per targets
