Explain Mahindra models, variants, features, pricing and offers.
Arrange and accompany customers on test drives.
Prepare quotations and explain finance/EMI and other purchase options.
Follow up with enquiries, phone leads and showroom visitors.
Convert enquiries into bookings and vehicle sales.
Coordinate with finance, insurance, registration and delivery teams.
Maintain customer information and regularly update sales records.
Maintain relationships with customers after delivery and generate referrals.
Achieve monthly sales and customer-service targets.
