Job Title: Reservation Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Reservation Executive to handle booking requests efficiently and ensure a seamless experience for guests. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle high volumes of reservations accurately.
Handle incoming calls and emails related to reservation inquiries and bookings.
Process reservations through reservation platforms.
Update availability and rates in the system as per guidelines.
Coordinate with the front office and other departments for smooth guest check-ins.
Maintain accurate reservation records and ensure confirmation is shared with guests.
Handle reservation amendments, cancellations, and special requests.
Provide information about facilities, rates, packages, and promotions.
Manage group bookings and corporate accounts as assigned.
Upsell hotel services, upgrades, and packages to maximize revenue.
Resolve guest concerns related to reservations in a timely and professional manner.
Graduate in Hotel Management or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in reservations or front office operations (freshers with strong communication skills may apply).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Prior experience in hotel reservations or a similar hospitality role.
Knowledge of OTA (Online Travel Agency) platforms and B2B portals.
Basic understanding of revenue management and yield strategies.
