Job Title: Sales Executive | Sales Associate

Location:  Sector 64, Block B-53 , , 201301
Experience: 06 month to 2 year
Employment Type: Full-time
Office Time – 10 AM to 6PM (Monday to Saturday & Sunday Fixed off)

we are looking Immediate Joiner 1 or 2 days ( apply only Sales Experience & immediate joiner)

Roles & Responsibilities

·         Receive and manage client calls from Just dial, online platforms, and other digital sources, addressing client queries and providing appropriate service solutions.,

·         Addressing client queries and providing appropriate service solutions.

·         Handle inbound and outbound calls to explain the company’s services and certification solutions clearly.

·         Follow up with prospective clients, understand their requirements, and successfully close deals.

·         Maintain accurate client records and build long-term professional relationships.

·         Ensure a positive customer experience through effective communication and timely follow-ups.

·         Maintain daily calling reports and accurate records of all sales activities.

Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, internet usage, Google Sheet , Excel )

• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.

• Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
