Understand customer requirements received via different channels including walk-ins, WhatsApp, and e-mail
Generate proforma invoices based on finalised customer requirements on Tally (based on company discount policies and enquiry size/ customer profile)
Attend to walk- customers at the showroom and provide product guidance
Coordinate with the warehouse/logistics team for order fulfilment and delivery updates
Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, and closures
Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business and referrals
Stay updated with product knowledge and competitor offerings
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in sales (preferably in our industry)
Strong communication skills
Ability to convert leads into confirmed sales
Basic computer knowledge
Customer-focused with a proactive approach
