We are looking for an experienced Sales Executive to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales performance in a premium jewellery retail environment. The ideal candidate should have strong luxury retail experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build long-term customer relationships while mentoring junior team members. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹20,000 - ₹40,000 along with performance-based incentives and opportunities for career growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage with customers and provide personalized product recommendations.
• Drive sales and achieve individual and store targets.
• Handle high-value transactions and customized customer requirements.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships through regular follow-ups.
• Support store promotions, product launches, and customer engagement activities.
• Mentor and guide junior sales executives.
• Ensure excellent visual merchandising and store presentation standards.
• Assist with billing, inventory management, stock reviews, and daily store operations.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and maintain high service standards.
• Maintain accurate sales records and reports
Requirements :
• 1-6 years of experience in luxury retail, preferably Jewellery, watches, fashion, or premium lifestyle brands.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and handling high-value sales.
• Strong communication and customer relationship management skills.
• Fluency in English and Telugu; Hindi is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of jewellery products, gemstones, diamonds, and gold is preferred.
• Experience with POS systems, billing, and inventory processes.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and problem-solving abilities.
