Job Title: Sales Executive – Retail

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our retail team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, achieving sales targets, and maintaining high visual merchandising standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.

• Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets.

• Handle customer queries, complaints, and returns efficiently.

• Ensure the store is clean, organized, and fully stocked at all times.

• Assist with visual merchandising, promotional displays, and inventory management.

• Process sales transactions using POS systems accurately.

• Stay updated on new products, promotions, and industry trends.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in retail sales (industry-specific experience preferred).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with POS systems.

• Customer-oriented with a positive and enthusiastic attitude.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Sales, Marketing, or related field.

• Experience in retail is a plus.
