Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities in industrial automation, solar, and IoT sectors
Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, networking, and digital platforms
Pitch company products such as dataloggers, SCADA systems, and automation solutions
Understand customer requirements and propose suitable technical solutions
Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and quotations
Coordinate with the technical team for solution customization and project execution
Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Track market trends, competitors, and customer feedback
Maintain CRM data, sales reports, and pipeline tracking
Required Skills
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Basic understanding of IoT, SCADA, solar systems, or industrial automation (preferred)
Ability to explain technical products to non-technical clients
Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools
Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Business / Marketing or related field
MBA (Sales/Marketing) is a plus
Preferred Experience
Experience in B2B sales (industrial, electrical, solar, or automation domain)
Prior experience in selling technical products or solutions
