Role Description:
As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will connect with students and their families, offering personalized counselling to understand their educational goals and challenges. You’ll develop and implement sales strategies, track performance, and improve the overall sales process & customer experience.
Conduct personalized counselling sessions to guide students.
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
Track and analyze sales performance to identify improvements.
Work with other teams to enhance the sales process
Qualification:
Education: Bachelor’s degree or Post-Graduation.
Experience: 1-2 years in sales or counselling.
Languages: Fluency in English and Kannada is required.
Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
