ey Responsibilities
Convert inbound and outbound leads into successful business opportunities.
Contact potential clients through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and virtual meetings.
Understand client requirements and present suitable solutions.
Prepare and share proposals, quotations, and service presentations.
Follow up with prospects until closure and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Negotiate pricing and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities in CRM or Excel.
Build long-term relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding after sales closure.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Required Skills
Excellent communication and persuasive selling skills.
Strong negotiation and objection-handling abilities.
Ability to convert leads into paying customers.
Good knowledge of CRM tools and MS Excel.
Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
Strong follow-up and relationship management skills
