The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.
· Conduct Market Research, Analysis to identify new locations suitable for brand and franchise.
· Arrange business meetings with prospective clients, draft and close agreements.
· Support the day-to-day management of franchise and lining up and meeting new franchise prospects.
· Building long-term relationships with new and existing franchisees.
· Team Builder, to motivate and develop the franchisee leads.
· Must have good connect and networking in the retail & franchise ecosystem.
· Ensuring franchise expansion targets are delivered.
