We are seeking a motivated and energetic person to join our sales and customer outreach team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential customers, explaining solar system benefits, generating qualified leads, and assisting in the sales conversion and documentation process.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote solar energy solutions.
Explain product details, pricing, subsidy schemes, and installation process.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and leads in the CRM.
Follow up with interested customers to schedule site visits or appointments.
Coordinate with the sales and technical teams for smooth communication and lead handover.
Handle inbound inquiries related to solar panels, systems, and maintenance.
Achieve daily and monthly targets for calls, leads, and conversions.
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: Graduate in any field.
Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or solar sales preferred.
Good persuasion and negotiation skills.
Basic computer and MS Excel knowledge.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
