Hiring for Sales Executive/ Senior Sales Executive
Business: Century PVC Composites
Department: Sales & Marketing
Location: Sambalpur (Orissa)
Designation: Sales Executive/ Senior Sales Executive
Experience: 2+ Years to 8 years
Reporting To: Area Sales Manager / Branch Sales Manager
Role Purpose:
Drive business growth by managing channel partners, project sales, influencer relationships, team performance, and market development for Century PVC Composites.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage dealers, distributors, and retail partners to drive primary and secondary sales.
· Generate business through builders, contractors, architects, interior designers, and project consultants.
· Handle influencers including architects, interior designers, fabricators, contractors, and carpenters. Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Desired Candidate Profile
· Minimum 2 years' experience in Channel Sales and Project Sales.
· Experience in PVC, WPC, Building Materials, Plywood, Laminates, Doors, Furniture, or Interior Products preferred.
· Strong market knowledge, negotiation, communication, and team handling skills.
Eligibility
· Graduate degree is mandatory.
· Minimum 2 years of relevant sales experience.
· Must have prior experience in the same location/territory.
· Willing to travel extensively.
