Key Responsibilities

Lead Handling & Prospecting – Work on leads generated through marketing campaigns, cold calls, and networking.
Client Communication – Connect with prospects via calls, emails, WhatsApp, and meetings to understand business requirements.
Product Presentation – Assist in product demos and presentations for Borg Desk ERP solutions.
Sales Pipeline Management – Update and track leads in CRM, ensure timely follow-ups, and maintain accurate records.
Target Achievement – Support in achieving monthly/quarterly sales targets under supervision.
Learning & Development – Participate in structured training programs on ERP modules, sales skills, and customer engagement.

Coordination – Collaborate with pre-sales, implementation, and support teams for smooth customer onboarding.
Reporting – Submit daily/weekly activity and progress reports to the Sales Team Lead.
