Goodpick Technologies Pvt Ltd is looking for energetic and ambitious Trainee Sales Executives who are eager to build a career in B2B technology sales. This role is ideal for freshers or early-career professionals who want to gain hands-on experience in lead generation, client interaction, and sales strategy.
You’ll be trained in sales processes, CRM tools, and client relationship management, while working directly with our experienced sales team.
Key Responsibilities
Identify potential clients through research, networking, and lead generation activities.
Assist senior executives in conducting client meetings, demos, and presentations.
Maintain and update leads in CRM systems.
Build relationships with prospective clients through calls, emails, and follow-ups.
Understand client requirements and communicate them to the technical team.
Support in preparing sales proposals and quotations.
Achieve individual and team-based sales targets.
Provide feedback on client needs, challenges, and market trends.
