Key Responsibilities
1. IndiaMART Portal Management
- Manage and monitor IndiaMART inquiries on a daily basis.
- Respond promptly and professionally to all BUY Leads and direct inquiries.
- Update product listings, pricing, descriptions, and images on the IndiaMART dashboard.
- Maintain high response rate and seller rating on the portal.
- Track and report portal performance (leads, conversions, response time).
2. Lead Handling & Sales
- Follow up with leads received through IndiaMART via calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product details and quotations.
- Maintain a database of leads, inquiries, and follow-ups.
- Convert potential leads into confirmed orders.
- Coordinate with the operations team for dispatch, stock, and delivery updates.
3. Customer Relationship Management
- Build strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Address customer queries, complaints, and post-sales support.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
4. Reporting & Coordination
- Prepare daily/weekly lead and sales reports.
- Share customer feedback and insights with management.
- Coordinate with the sales, accounts, and logistics teams for smooth order processing.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with IndiaMART, TradeIndia, or similar B2B portals (preferred).
- Strong communication & negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, WhatsApp Business, and CRM tools.
- Ability to handle multiple inquiries efficiently.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Salary Range
As per experience and performance (Fixed + Incentives on Sales).
