Sales Executive
Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to manage distributor handling, drive primary and secondary sales, and strengthen General Trade (GT) market presence. The candidate should have strong market knowledge, excellent relationship management skills, and the ability to achieve sales targets effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Handle and manage distributors in the assigned territory.
Drive Primary Sales by ensuring proper stock movement from company to distributor.
Generate Secondary Sales through retailer coverage and market development activities.
Develop and expand General Trade (GT) channels.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Ensure product availability and visibility in the market.
Conduct regular market visits and retailer interactions.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
Maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key customers.
Coordinate promotional activities and ensure proper execution.
Collect market feedback and submit sales reports regularly.
Ensure timely payment collections and outstanding management.
Requirements
1–5 years of experience in FMCG sales.
Experience in Distributor Handling, GT Sales, Primary & Secondary Sales is mandatory.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Strong knowledge of local markets and retail network.
Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
Must be willing to travel within the assigned territory.
