Fusion is hiring a Sales Executive to drive sales of Melamine Flexible Paper and Laminated Veneer Paper (LVP) for the door and plywood industry. The role involves Pan-India market development, customer acquisition, and relationship management with manufacturers and OEMs.
Promote and sell Melamine Flexible Paper & Laminated Veneer Paper (LVP) to manufacturers
Identify and develop new customers in the target market
Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, furniture manufacturers, and channel partners
Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions
Achieve assigned sales targets and manage regional profitability
Monitor market trends, pricing, and competitor activity
Share regular sales reports, feedback, and market insights with management
Participate in trade fairs, exhibitions, and customer meetings
Experience: 2–5 years in B2B / industrial sales, preferably in:
Adhesives / Surface Materials
Woodworking / Hardware / Tools
Laminate / Furniture Components
Product Knowledge: Surface finishing materials, LVP, decorative products (preferred)
Skills:
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Good technical understanding
Self-motivated, target-driven, and travel-ready
Education: Willingness to learn and grow
Location: Delhi NCR (Pan-India travel required)
Stability: Preference for candidates with a stable job history
