Job Title: Event Sales Executive – Media Production
Job Summary:
We are seeking a driven and dynamic Event Sales Executive to promote and sell our media production services, including ad films, corporate videos, and event coverage. The role involves generating leads, building strong client relationships, and managing the end-to-end sales process to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in ad films, video production, and event-based media services
Generate leads and schedule meetings with marketing & advertising agencies and corporate clients
Understand client requirements and propose customized media solutions
Deliver compelling sales presentations and pitch creative concepts to clients
Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts, and close deals to achieve sales targets
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
Coordinate with internal creative and production teams for smooth project execution
Conduct market research and monitor competitors to identify new opportunities
Travel to client locations for meetings, presentations, and business development activities
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Media, or a related field
1-3 years of experience in Sales or Business Development
Prior experience in media production, advertising, or event industry preferred
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Ability to understand client needs and translate them into effective solutions
Proficiency in CRM tools and sales management software
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
