Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Automobile Relationship Manager to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting suitable vehicles, promoting sales, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers, assess their needs, and help them find the right vehicle.

Present vehicle options, including features, pricing, and financing.

Offer test drives and explain vehicle performance and benefits.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of inventory, promotions, and industry trends.

Process sales paperwork and coordinate with the finance department.

Follow up with leads and existing customers to generate repeat business.

Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall team performance.

Requirements:

Proven experience in automobile or retail sales preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Customer-focused with excellent negotiation abilities.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Valid driver’s license.

Preferred Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree a plus).

Knowledge of automotive technology and financing options.

Familiarity with CRM software and digital sales tools.
