We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive who can contribute to business growth by generating leads, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through outbound calling, referrals, and lead generation.

• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable legal services.

• Conduct sales presentations and explain service offerings effectively.

• Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into successful sales.

• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat business.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM or company systems.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.

• Prepare daily sales reports and update management on pipeline progress.

• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

• 1–2 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Tele Sales, Inside Sales, or Client Acquisition.

• Experience in Legal Services, Banking, Financial Services, BPO, Insurance, Loan, Debt Recovery, or similar industries will be preferred.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to build rapport with clients and close sales.

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn.

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
