Responsibilities include:

• Clear and confident communication.

• Good English speaking and writing.

• Professional WhatsApp and email communication.

• Quick response to customer queries.

• Proper handling of technical and commercial questions.

• Understanding customer concerns before responding.

• Maintaining a positive and professional tone even during difficult conversations.

Technical Sales Pitch:

• Conduct professional product presentations through calls, WhatsApp, email, video meetings, and face-to-face meetings.

Explain the problem → machine solution → process → output → commercial benefit•.

• Share relevant machine videos, specifications, layouts, and quotations.

• Avoid over-promising capacity or performance.

• Communicate technical information accurately.

• Present the company's technical strengths and machine advantages against competitors.
