• Revenue Growth: Own and hit/exceed annual sales targets within assigned territory and accounts.
• Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through proactive prospecting, cold calling, networking, and lead qualification.
• Consultative Selling: deeply understand the prospect’s distribution challenges (inventory visibility, dealer management, scheme utilization) and position ChannelKonnect as the solution.
• Product Evangelism: Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations to C-level executives (CSO, CIO, CEO) and Sales Heads.
• Deal Structuring: Lead negotiations, contract drafting, and closure of high-value enterprise contracts.
• Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and the evolving landscape of channel management tech.
What We Are Looking For
• Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in B2B Enterprise Software/SaaS sales. Experience selling DMS, SFA, ERP, or Supply Chain solutions is highly preferred.
• Track Record: Proven history of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Tech-Savvy: Ability to understand complex technical requirements and explain them in business terms.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders.
• Process Oriented: Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) for pipeline management.
Preferred Qualifications (Bonus)
• Existing relationships with Sales/IT heads in Manufacturing, FMCG, FMCD.
