Job description:
In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with potential clients over the phone, and providing sales support to our dynamic sales team.
Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to generate leads and qualify potential customers interested in solar solutions.
Follow up on leads generated through various channels, including marketing campaigns, referrals, and enquiries.
Provide information about our solar products and services, answer queries, and address customer concerns effectively.
Schedule appointments and coordinate with the sales team for client meetings and site visits.
Assist in preparing sales proposals, quotations, and contracts as needed.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, enquiries, and sales activities in the CRM system.
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
Assist in organising sales events, exhibitions, and promotional activities as required.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a telecaller, customer service representative, or sales support executive.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a pleasant and professional phone manner.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with customers.
Goal-orientated mindset with a passion for sales and customer service excellence.
Proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM software.
Ability to multitask, prioritise tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Previous experience in the solar or renewable energy industry is a plus, but not required.
