Greet customers and assist them in selecting wines, spirits, and related products.
Provide product knowledge, including wine types, origins, pairings, and promotions.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with regular customers.
Manage billing, payments, and maintain accurate sales records.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the store team for inventory replenishment.
Ensure proper display, labeling, and merchandising of products.
Stay updated on new arrivals, seasonal products, and wine industry trends.
Maintain cleanliness and compliance with legal requirements for alcohol sales.
