Location: Newtown (Work From Office)
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month + High Incentives
Experience Required: 3–5 Years
Qualification: Graduation (Marketing/Sales preferred)

🔍 Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and performance-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to promote and sell IT products, SaaS platforms, and digital solutions. The candidate should be confident in client acquisition, capable of closing deals, and skilled in maintaining long-term business relationships.

📈 Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales for IT services, SaaS products, and digital marketing solutions

• Generate leads through calls, meetings, campaigns, and marketing activities

• Handle full sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure

• Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue goals

• Conduct product presentations and client demos

• Manage client data and follow-ups using CRM tools

• Collaborate with marketing and technical teams for campaign execution and onboarding

• Build strong client relationships for retention and upselling

🎯 Required Skills & Experience

• 3–5 years of experience in Sales & Marketing (IT/Digital preferred)

• Proven record of target achievement and deal closure

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Fluent in English, Hindi & Bengali

• Strong persuasion and presentation skills

• Self-motivated with growth mindset

⭐ Preferred Skills (Bonus)

• Experience with CRM systems

• Knowledge of SaaS, AI tools, automation, and digital platforms

• B2B sales experience in IT or software industry
