JOB DESCRIPTION – Multilingual Tele sales Executive (Gujarati / Bengali / Marathi/Odia)

Salary Offered: ₹13,000-17,000 in-hand + Incentives

Working Days: Sunday to Saturday (Rotational Week Off)

Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM IST

Process Type: Outbound Calling – Sales Closure

Entelect (New Zealand based BPM organization) is onboarding tele sales resources to handle outbound customer acquisition.

This process is 100% sales focused — calling potential customers, explaining services & closing sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads database.

• Pitch & promote premium products of Bella Vita.

• Handle objections confidently & convert prospects into paying customers.

• Achieve daily calling benchmarks (200+ Dials / 60+ Talktime connects).

• Maintain CRM updates & call disposition notes correctly after every call.

• Manage scheduled call-backs & follow-up customers until conversion.

• Meet daily sales target

• Maintain brand tone & call quality as per process requirements (>90% quality scoring expected).
