Job Summary: We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented BBA graduates to join our real estate sales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, interacting with customers, promoting real estate projects, and supporting the sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
● Generate and follow up on leads through various channels.
● Understand customer requirements and provide suitable property solutions.
● Coordinate with clients and arrange property site visits.
● Explain project details, features, pricing, and benefits to prospective customers.
● Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
● Follow up with potential buyers and assist in the sales closure process.
● Maintain daily sales reports and customer records.
● Coordinate with the internal team for smooth execution of sales activities.
● Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives.
Required Skills:
● Good communication and interpersonal skills.
● Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
● Customer-oriented approach with a positive attitude.
● Willingness to learn and grow in real estate sales.
● Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
Qualification:
● Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (BBA) or related field.
