• Welcome and guide customers during site visits, making their home-buying journey smooth and memorable.

• Understand customer needs and showcase how Aspire Homes can be the perfect fit for them.

• Learn and grow in sales techniques, client handling, and presentation skills.

• Keep track of leads and follow-ups using simple tools like Excel & Google Sheets.

• Support the sales team to achieve targets and celebrate every closure as a win.

• Be the face of Aspire Homes – professional, confident, and customer-first.

What We Expect From You

• Freshers welcome! (0–1 year of experience, sales/real estate exposure is a bonus).

• Strong communication skills (Hindi & English).

• Presentable, energetic, and eager to connect with people.

• Basic Excel & Google Sheets knowledge.

• Interest in sales and the real estate market.

• A go-getter attitude with a passion to learn and grow.

• Having your own vehicle for site visits is an advantage.
