We are looking for a BFSI Sales Executive to join our team at . The role requires identifying new business opportunities, building long-lasting client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate for this role must have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven record of closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:
· Engage with customers who respond to company marketing and lead-generation campaigns
· Understand customer financial needs and recommend suitable loan products (Personal Loan, Home Loan, Auto Loan, Loan Against Property, Business Loan, etc.)
· Clearly explain loan features including interest rates, tenure, EMI structure, eligibility, and documentation requirements
· Assist customers through the end-to-end loan application and approval process
· Close loan disbursements and achieve assigned sales targets
· Ensure accurate documentation, verification, and coordination for timely disbursal
Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, and internal teams for smooth processing and customer support.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 0 - 3 years of experience. Applicants should have strong negotiation skills, a customer-first approach, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
