Job Title: Real Estate Sales Executive
Role Overview:
The Real Estate Sales Executive is responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, and closing property sales. The role involves understanding customer needs, presenting suitable properties, and ensuring a smooth sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads through calls, site visits, referrals, and digital platforms
Handle customer inquiries and provide detailed property information
Conduct property site visits and presentations for clients
Understand client requirements and suggest suitable properties
Negotiate pricing and close sales deals
Maintain regular follow-up with prospects and existing clients
Coordinate with internal teams (legal, finance, CRM) for deal closure
Maintain accurate records in CRM and prepare sales reports
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities
Key Skills Required:
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Sales and target-oriented mindset
Good knowledge of real estate market
Customer relationship management
Presentation and convincing ability
Basic computer & CRM knowledge
Qualification & Experience:
Graduate (preferred)
1–5 years experience in real estate sales (or similar sales role)
Freshers with strong sales skills can also be considered
KPIs / Performance Indicators:
Number of leads generated
Site visits conducted
Conversion ratio (lead to sale)
Revenue achieved vs target
Customer satisfaction & repeat business
Work Location:
