We Are Hiring Presales Executives!

We are looking for energetic and target-driven Telecalling Executives for our premium home furnishing showroom.

The role focuses on calling customers, generating leads, and converting inquiries into showroom visits and sales for products like curtains, blinds, and wallpapers.

Key Responsibilities

Calling & Lead Generation (Core Role)

• Make outbound calls to potential customers

• Follow up with existing leads and inquiries

• Generate new leads for:

• Curtains

• Blinds

• Wallpapers

• Upholstery

Lead Conversion

• Convince customers to visit showroom or book home measurement

• Explain product offerings and benefits

• Schedule appointments for sales team

Follow-Up Management

• Maintain daily follow-up calls

• Track customer responses and update status

• Reconnect with old / pending leads

Data & CRM Handling

• Maintain customer data in Excel / CRM

• Update call status and follow-up dates

• Ensure proper lead tracking

Requirements

• 1–4 years experience in telecalling / inside sales / lead generation

• Experience in home furnishing / interior / real estate calling preferred

• Strong communication and convincing skills

• Comfortable with daily calling targets

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel

• Target-oriented and positive attitude
