Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales Executive to join our real estate team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate should have strong sales expertise, excellent communication skills, and proven experience in real estate sales. This role involves handling clients, closing deals, and contributing to the company’s revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries related to residential/commercial real estate
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties
Conduct site visits and property presentations for clients
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners
Negotiate, close deals, and achieve monthly sales targets
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities
Stay updated with market trends, property prices, and competitor activities
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth deal closures and documentation
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 0 to 6 months of experience in real estate sales .
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Strong customer-handling and persuasion abilities
Target-driven mindset with proven closing skills
Knowledge of Gurgaon real estate market is an advantage
Basic computer knowledge (CRM, MS Excel, Email, etc.)
