Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated and smart individual with a “hunter mindset” who is eager to learn and build a career in software sales. This role is ideal for freshers who are curious about business problems and passionate about driving growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities (lead generation)

• Reach out to potential clients via calls, emails, and social platforms

• Understand client business challenges and position our solutions effectively

• Support the sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals

• Maintain and update CRM with accurate sales data

• Work closely with the consulting and delivery teams

Requirements:

• Fresh graduate (any discipline) with strong interest in sales

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Eagerness to learn about software/SaaS sales

• Problem-solving mindset with business curiosity

• Self-driven, proactive, and result-oriented attitude
