We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Associate to join our team in Bangalore. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and contributing to a positive and engaging store environment. This role requires a passion for sales, strong communication skills, and the ability to build rapport with customers.

Responsibilities:

● Greet and assist customers with product inquiries and purchases.

● Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers.

● Demonstrate product features and benefits.

● Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.

● Maintain a clean and organized sales floor.

● Meet and exceed sales targets.

● Build and maintain customer relationships.

● Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions.

● Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively.

● Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.

Qualifications:

● Proven experience in sales or customer service (preferred).

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

● Strong customer service orientation.

● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

● Positive attitude and strong work ethic.

● Basic math and computer skills.

● High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
