Designation– Sales Executive

Location: Backbagan, Kolkata

Annual CTC: Upto 3.6LPA

Education: Graduation in any field(English-medium background preferred)

Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Associate to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and driving sales growth in the industrial sector.

Key Responsibilities

· Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned territories through calls, chat & emails.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.

· Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations through virtual mode.

· Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.

· Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals.

· Coordinate with field executives & internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

· Maintain accurate sales records maintain Tender documents and prepare regular sales reports.

· Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.

Requirements

· Bachelor's degree in any field

· 1 year of experience in sales on any domain(Except BFSI)

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Strong negotiation and relationship-management abilities.

· Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

· Self-motivated with a customer-centric approach.
