Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers and assist them in selecting products
Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
Maintain cleanliness and proper display of products on shelves
Handle billing support and coordinate with the cashier when required
Monitor stock levels and inform management about replenishment needs
Promote ongoing offers, schemes, and discounts to customers
Handle customer queries, complaints, and provide quick resolutions
Ensure proper labeling, pricing, and shelf arrangement
Support inventory checks and stock audits
