Position: Sales & Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business leads through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and networking.

• Connect with brands and agencies for celebrity, influencer marketing, production, and creative campaigns.

• Understand client requirements and prepare suitable proposals.

• Conduct client meetings and maintain regular follow-ups.

• Coordinate with internal teams for proposals, quotations, and campaign execution.

• Maintain and update the client database/CRM.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships.

Key Skills

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Good command of English and Hindi.

• Strong sales and client-handling abilities.

• Confident personality with a proactive approach.

• Knowledge of digital marketing, influencer marketing, advertising, or entertainment will be an advantage.

• Comfortable with calling, follow-ups, meetings, and presentations.

Performance Expectations

• 25-30 quality client calls daily.

• 5–6client meetings daily.

• 3-5 proposals daily.

• Regular WhatsApp and email follow-ups.

• Daily CRM and sales report updates.
