Job Responsibilities:

 • Act as the primary point of contact for all premium leads, qualifying inquiries and inspiring confidence from the very first call.

 • Personally welcome patients, easing them into the clinical environment and setting the stage for a successful consultation with the Doctor.

 • Post-consultation, you will lead the counseling sessionhandling objections with empathy and converting treatment plans into booked packages.

 • Drive revenue through expert upselling and cross-selling of clinical services and premium skincare products at the front desk.

 • Conduct post-treatment follow-ups to ensure satisfaction, secure glowing reviews, and turn every patient into a brand advocate for referrals.

 • Oversee daily clinic flow to ensure every touchpoint reflects the luxury and efficiency of the brand.

Required Skills:

 • A Proven Closer: 2+ years of experience in high-ticket sales (Aesthetics, Dental, or Luxury Hospitality).

 • The Communicator: You possess a sophisticated, persuasive, and warm communication style that puts high-profile patients at ease.

 • The Strategist: You don't just "call leads"you manage a sales funnel and understand how to move a patient from inquiry to loyalty.
