Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities in residential and/or commercial real estate
Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and digital platforms
Conduct property presentations and site visits for prospective clients
Understand client requirements and suggest suitable property options
Negotiate terms and close sales deals efficiently
Maintain relationships with existing clients for repeat and referral business
Stay updated with market trends, property values, and competitor activity
Coordinate with legal, finance, and marketing teams for smooth transaction closure
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience in real estate sales or a similar sales role
Strong negotiation and closing skills
0-5 yrs experience in real estate/sales
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Self-motivated with a target-driven approach
Knowledge of local real estate market and regulations
