Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
Understand client requirements and recommend fabrics, styles, and fits
Conduct basic measurements and assist in fittings (training provided if needed)
Achieve individual and team sales targets
Build strong client relationships and encourage repeat business
Maintain product knowledge (fabrics, cuts, trends, customization options)
Assist in visual merchandising and store presentation
Support order tracking and follow-ups with customers
Handle customer queries and provide after-sales support
