Job Description:

Brick Yard Realty is hiring dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executives for handling client interactions, site visits, and property sales closures. Candidates should be passionate about sales and willing to work in a target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and handle leads through calls, references, and digital platforms

• Attend walk-in clients and understand their requirements

• Conduct site visits and property presentations

• Follow up with prospects and convert leads into bookings

• Handle client negotiations and objections

• Close sales deals and achieve monthly targets

• Maintain CRM records and sales reports

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing

• 2–3 Years Proven experience in real estate / direct sales

• Strong negotiation and closing skills

• Knowledge of Pune real estate market preferred

• Own vehicle (bike) required for client visits and site travel
