Sales Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Sales Executive to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth for our Payday Loan / Short-Term Credit products. The ideal candidate will have strong sales skills, experience in financial products, and the ability to educate customers on fast, digital lending solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales and customer acquisition for Payday Loan / Short-Term Loan products

• Educate customers on loan features, eligibility, interest rates, and repayment terms

• Assist customers with onboarding, KYC, and loan application processes

• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships

• Coordinate with credit, operations, and risk teams for smooth loan disbursement

• Ensure compliance with company policies, RBI / regulatory guidelines, and ethical lending practices

• Maintain accurate sales records and MIS reports

• Proven experience in sales of financial products (Loans, Credit Cards, NBFC, Fintech)

• Understanding of digital lending platforms and fintech ecosystems

• Basic knowledge of KYC, underwriting, and loan lifecycle

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience selling Payday Loans, Personal Loans, or Microfinance products

• Familiarity with CRM tools and mobile lending apps
