Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Executives for our jewellery showroom. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, explaining jewellery collections, achieving sales targets, and delivering an excellent shopping experience. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, sales ability, and a passion for customer service. Responsibilities commonly include customer engagement, product explanation, stock handling, and showroom display maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist walk-in customers professionally.

• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable jewellery collections.

• Explain product details including design, purity, pricing, and offers.

• Achieve individual and showroom sales targets.

• Maintain attractive product displays and showroom presentation.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

• Handle customer queries and provide excellent service support.

• Support billing and sales transaction processes.
